ABOUT
Unlock your leadership potential through Lead with Impact, a free self-paced online course crafted exclusively for Griffith graduates.
The 2026 program, Leading for All, will explore what it means to lead responsibly, inclusively and sustainably. Across the following modules, the program explores key leadership capabilities of developing others, managing people, and progressing from good to great leadership.
- Developing Others. Module one focuses on developing others, examining how leaders distribute opportunity, build career capital and steward succession.
- Managing Others. Module two explores managing others, addressing authority, psychological contracts, transitions and constructive conversations.
- Good to Great. Module three moves from good to great, focusing on disciplined leadership, culture, humility and sustained excellence.
You’ll learn from leading Griffith academics and experts in their fields through a series of virtual sessions, interactive Q&A and self-paced learning. The program is ideally suited to new and emerging managers and leaders, as well as more experienced executives wanting to refresh or update their skills.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Apply emotionally intelligent leadership practices to support clearer decision-making, constructive relationships, and psychological safety.
- Recognise how leadership behaviour shapes team clarity, culture, performance, and access to development opportunities.
- Use structured approaches to respond to role ambiguity, competing expectations, bias, and difficult conversations.
