ABOUT
Researchers across disciplines face common challenges: managing complex datasets, applying advanced analytical methods, collaborating securely, accessing computing infrastructure, and developing the skills needed for data-driven research.
This seminar will introduce the services and benefits available to Griffith University staff and HDR candidates through Griffith’s QCIF membership. You will learn how QCIF Digital Research can support your research through expert advice, digital research infrastructure, software development, training and practical guidance across data science, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, statistics, advanced computing, qualitative research and quantum technologies.
The session will highlight opportunities for training, mentoring and collaborative support, including initiatives such as the Analysis Hotel, which connects researchers with relevant expertise and capabilities. It will also introduce support for grant applications, industry placements and internships.
The seminar will conclude with examples of QCIF platforms and research projects that bring together data, software, models and computing infrastructure to enable reproducible and scalable research.
Whether you are beginning your HDR journey or tackling a complex research challenge, this session will help you identify the QCIF resources, expertise and opportunities available to support your research.
