ABOUT
We're pleased to present our MBA for Life Gold Coast 2026 event – a morning designed to bring our community together over coffee, conversation and practical insights into how leaders innovate in complex organisations.
Topic: Innovation in Complex Organisations: Lessons from Healthcare
Innovation is rarely straightforward. Across industries, leaders must navigate legacy systems, regulation, workforce pressures, competing stakeholder needs and the challenge of turning ambitious ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Healthcare is one of the most complex environments in which to innovate, making it a powerful lens through which to explore these challenges. Set within the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct, this event will examine how leaders drive innovation, align people and processes, and successfully move from strategy to execution in complex settings.
Join our panel of Griffith MBA alumni and industry leaders as they share practical insights into innovation, stakeholder engagement and implementation, with lessons relevant across sectors.
- Drew Hebbron – Assistant Commissioner, Queensland Ambulance Service
