ABOUT

AI is quickly moving beyond simple chatbots into “agents” that can take actions, automate tasks, and support real workflows. This workshop introduces the concept of AI agents and how they can be practically applied in everyday work.

We’ll begin with a simple explanation of what AI agents are and how they differ from traditional prompting. You’ll then see a live demonstration of building an AI agent using Microsoft 365 Copilot (free version), followed by a hands-on session where you’ll create your OWN agent within the free version of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

We’ll also explore Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, giving a preview of more advanced capabilities available to staff with licensed access.

It is assumed that you have previously used Microsoft CoPilot and have an experience using Generative AI Chat. If you do not have this experience, it is recommend you familiarise yourself with the A Practical Introduction to Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot Prompting 101 prior to attending this session.
