ABOUT
Throughout your candidature, you’re likely to experience many highs and lows — from failed experiments and tough feedback to imposter syndrome and competing priorities. HDR study is challenging, but this four‑session, counsellor‑led peer support program is designed to help you build the tools and coping strategies needed to navigate the ups and downs of HDR life.
Together, participants will explore practical ways to manage stress, break unhelpful thinking patterns, prioritise self‑care, and redefine what productivity means in a healthy and sustainable way.
This program will next take place at the following times:
- Week 1 - Tuesday 3 November, 10 – 11:30 AM - Stress management.
- Week 2 - Tuesday 10 November, 10 – 11:30 AM - How to stay motivated.
- Week 3 - Tuesday 17 November, 10 – 11:30 AM - Time management (including prioritisation and work-life balance).
- Week 4 - Tuesday 24 November, 10 – 11:30 AM - Mindset (including imposter syndrome and dealing with negative feedback).
Note: The program will be heavily discussion-based so it is recommended you join from a location you can turn your camera and microphone on for the whole session.
