Hosted by the Association of Australian Medical Research Institutes (AAMRI), Griffith University's Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics and the Wesley Research Institute, this breakfast is a conversation for funders who want to understand what ambitious giving in medical research actually looks like and for sector leaders who want to make the case for it more compellingly.

A cross-sector panel featuring AAMRI leadership, a Brisbane-based research leader, and philanthropist(s) will discuss where medical research sits in the philanthropic landscape today, what catalytic giving unlocks that conventional funding cannot, and what funders need to partner with for the long term with confidence.
